How We Started 

Eyes R On Us Eldercare caregiving service started with the caring of my grandfather the late Lee James Melton a war veteran. Often times I’d end up right by his side fishing, cooking, or he allowing me to drive him around the town of Calera. 

He and I were best buddies. His sister Aunt Rosie & my mother the late Dorothy M. Brown had my assignments lined up to help tend to them. Not mother as much . 

That in itself had a remarkable instilling for me, teaching me how to see after the older folk which I loved and still love.  As the years went by I began to work for companies such as Alacare, UAB Hospice, Comfort Care Home Health & Hospice. 

Finally, I was able to start my own business, Eyes R On Us, Eldercare. We have been  in business for over 30 years and continue to help families and individuals.
